How to Stay Sane in an Insane World.
Practice Patience and love for everyone.
The Importance of Diet, Exercise, and Meditation
Create balance for yourself.
Find a way to make a difference each day. Whether it’s through your day job, interactions with “strangers,” or even at home, just our thoughts impact the world. But before we get into the far out, metaphysical stuff (even though science is proving this this), just think about how you feel when you keep feeling the way you feel.
“Man is the Artificer of his own happiness.” Henry David Thoreau
“Nobody can bring you peace but yourself.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
Sure, people can put their faith and belief in a religion, an entity, or even material wealth, but I’m sure that if you really sat down in silence and reflected and “metacognized,” you’d come to one intuitive conclusion: What you do and think is up to you and you only.
Finding True Freedom through Knowledge and Intuition
Seek truth. When you find it, it resonates with your being. You don’t just “believe” it; you “know” it. And just when you think you know it, you find more of it, and another door of perception shows itself to you.
Practice nonconformity to the “herd.” Because what you heard (and think you know) probably came from the “herd.”
Be as lovingly honest as possible. Why? Well, it’s something we all need to work on in order to be true to ourselves, but many folks go about it either being insensitively blunt or just keeping their mouthes shut altogether. The latter is what I struggle with, so this perspective might be a bit bias. This is another instance where finding balance is so important.
